Pseudomonas juntendi is a non-fermenting Gram-negative rod of the family Pseudomonadaceae, first described from clinical specimens in Japan. It is closely related to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and has been isolated from blood, respiratory secretions, and urine of hospitalised patients, suggesting a role as an opportunistic pathogen. P. juntendi is differentiated from P. aeruginosa by multilocus sequence analysis and whole-genome comparisons, and may carry clinically relevant antimicrobial resistance determinants.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
