Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale is a Gram-negative, non-motile, pleomorphic rod in the family Weeksellaceae (phylum Bacteroidota), primarily affecting poultry and wild birds. It is an important avian respiratory pathogen causing pneumonia, airsacculitis, and reduced growth performance, with significant economic impact on the global poultry industry. The genome of O. rhinotracheale encodes a variety of serotype-specific capsular polysaccharide loci and iron-acquisition systems, with notable genetic diversity among serotypes.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
