Citrobacter sedlakii is a facultatively anaerobic, Gram-negative rod of the family Enterobacteriaceae, isolated from human clinical specimens and environmental sources. It is an uncommon but recognised opportunistic pathogen that has been associated with bacteraemia and urinary tract infections, predominantly in immunocompromised patients. Like other Citrobacter species, C. sedlakii carries a moderately sized genome with variable resistance and virulence-associated mobile genetic elements.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
