Burkholderia ubonensis is a Gram-negative, non-fermenting rod of the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc), originally isolated from soil and water in Thailand. It is predominantly an environmental species and is rarely associated with human infection, though occasional clinical isolates have been reported. Genomically, B. ubonensis exhibits a multi-chromosome architecture typical of the Bcc, with high genetic diversity among environmental isolates and a large accessory genome reflecting ecological adaptability.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
