Burkholderia stagnalis is a Gram-negative, non-fermenting rod belonging to the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc), first described from environmental water samples and subsequently from clinical sources. It is considered an opportunistic pathogen with the potential to cause respiratory infections in cystic fibrosis patients. Like other Bcc members, B. stagnalis possesses a multi-replicon genome with broad metabolic capabilities and intrinsic resistance to multiple classes of antibiotics.
Derived from 91 genomes: 2 from RefSeq and 89 from other sources. For the derivation pipeline and the PASS / WARN / FAIL verdict model, see the methods page for qualibact-v1.0.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
