Burkholderia orbicola is a Gram-negative, non-fermenting rod recently reclassified within the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc), previously known as Burkholderia genomovar or related Bcc taxa. It has been isolated from both environmental sources and clinical specimens, including respiratory samples from cystic fibrosis patients. As with other Bcc species, B. orbicola carries a large, multi-replicon genome with intrinsic multidrug resistance determinants and substantial metabolic versatility.
Derived from 242 genomes: 1 from RefSeq and 241 from other sources. For the derivation pipeline and the PASS / WARN / FAIL verdict model, see the methods page for qualibact-v1.0.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
