Burkholderia dolosa is a non-fermenting, Gram-negative rod of the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc), first described from respiratory specimens of cystic fibrosis patients. It is an opportunistic pathogen associated with epidemic outbreaks in CF centres and can cause severe necrotising pneumonia and septicaemia. Genomic analyses of B. dolosa reveal a multi-chromosome architecture with evidence of within-patient adaptive evolution, including mutations affecting lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis and antibiotic resistance.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
