Bacillus wiedmannii is a facultatively anaerobic, endospore-forming Gram-positive rod in the family Bacillaceae, a member of the Bacillus cereus sensu lato group first described from dairy products and food processing environments. It has been associated with food spoilage and may carry enterotoxin genes (Hbl, Nhe) similar to those of B. cereus, raising potential food safety concerns. B. wiedmannii is delineated from other B. cereus group members primarily through whole-genome average nucleotide identity analysis, and its ecological role in soil and food matrices is still being defined.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
