Yersinia ruckeri is a Gram-negative rod of the family Yersiniaceae and the aetiological agent of enteric redmouth disease (ERM) in salmonid fish, causing significant losses in freshwater aquaculture worldwide. It persists in aquatic environments and can be carried asymptomatically by recovered fish, complicating eradication. Y. ruckeri genomes encode virulence factors including an anti-feeding metalloprotease (Yrp1), iron-acquisition systems, and a type III secretion system, with biotype variation linked to motility loss and vaccine escape.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
