Xanthomonas euvesicatoria is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped plant pathogen in the family Xanthomonadaceae and one of the primary agents of bacterial spot disease on pepper and tomato worldwide. It was formerly classified within the Xanthomonas axonopodis complex and is distinguished by a specific repertoire of type III effectors and transcription activator-like (TAL) effectors. X. euvesicatoria genomes show high plasticity, with effector gene gain and loss events driving race structure and the ability to overcome host resistance.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
