Xanthomonas arboricola is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped plant pathogen in the family Xanthomonadaceae, causing bacterial spot and blight diseases on a wide range of fruit and nut trees including walnut, stone fruits, and hazelnut. Several pathovars are recognised, with X. arboricola pv. juglandis and pv. pruni being of major agricultural importance. Genomic analyses reveal pathovar-specific type III effector repertoires and variable accessory genome content that underpin host specificity and adaptation to arboreal niches.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
