Vibrio fluvialis is a Gram-negative, halophilic, curved rod of the family Vibrionaceae, found in marine, estuarine, and brackish-water environments worldwide. It is an emerging human pathogen that causes cholera-like gastroenteritis, wound infections, and occasional bacteraemia, often associated with consumption of raw or undercooked seafood. V. fluvialis has a two-chromosome genome and carries a range of virulence factors including a type VI secretion system, haemolysins, and metalloprotease genes, along with increasing reports of multidrug resistance.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
