Stutzerimonas stutzeri (formerly Pseudomonas stutzeri) is a non-fluorescent, Gram-negative rod of the family Pseudomonadaceae, widely distributed in soil, water, and marine sediments. It is best known for its remarkable metabolic versatility, including complete denitrification, natural competence for DNA uptake, and the ability to degrade a wide range of aromatic compounds and, in some strains, fix nitrogen. S. stutzeri genomes display high intraspecific diversity organised into multiple genomovars, with a large accessory genome reflecting adaptation to diverse environmental niches.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
