Stenotrophomonas pavanii is a Gram-negative, non-fermenting rod of the family Lysobacteraceae, first isolated as an endophyte from sugarcane stems in Brazil. It is considered a plant-associated species with potential for promoting plant growth through nitrogen fixation and phytohormone production. S. pavanii has a moderately sized genome and is phylogenetically distinct from the pathogenic Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, with genomic features reflecting its adaptation to the plant endosphere.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
