Serratia nevei is a Gram-negative, facultatively anaerobic rod belonging to the family Yersiniaceae, recently described as a novel species within the Serratia liquefaciens complex. It has been recovered from clinical specimens including blood and wound samples, and is considered a potential opportunistic pathogen. S. nevei is delineated from related species through whole-genome sequence comparisons and may harbour chromosomally encoded beta-lactamase and efflux pump genes.
Derived from 896 genomes: 10 from RefSeq and 886 from other sources. For the derivation pipeline and the PASS / WARN / FAIL verdict model, see the methods page for qualibact-v1.0.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
