Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum is a Gram-negative, aerobic betaproteobacterium in the family Burkholderiaceae and a member of the Ralstonia solanacearum species complex. It is a devastating soilborne phytopathogen that causes bacterial wilt in a wide range of crops including tomato, potato, banana, and ginger, with a particularly broad host range in tropical and subtropical regions. R. pseudosolanacearum possesses a bipartite genome (chromosome and megaplasmid) with a large repertoire of type III effectors and shows considerable genomic plasticity driven by horizontal gene transfer.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
