Pseudomonas putida is a Gram-negative, aerobic rod in the family Pseudomonadaceae, ubiquitous in temperate soil and water habitats and known for its exceptional metabolic versatility. It is a key organism in bioremediation due to its ability to degrade a wide range of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, and serves as a widely used chassis for industrial and synthetic biology applications. P. putida has a large genome (~6 Mb) with extensive catabolic gene networks, multiple stress-response systems, and a generally non-pathogenic profile, though rare opportunistic infections have been documented.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
