Pseudomonas marginalis is a fluorescent, Gram-negative rod in the family Pseudomonadaceae, widely distributed in soil and on plant surfaces. It is a significant phytopathogen that causes soft rot in a broad range of vegetables, fruits, and ornamental plants by producing extracellular pectolytic enzymes. P. marginalis has a relatively large genome encoding diverse secretion systems and secondary metabolite clusters, contributing to its wide host range and environmental versatility.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
