Pseudomonas alloputida is a non-fermenting Gram-negative rod of the family Pseudomonadaceae, closely related to Pseudomonas putida but reclassified as a distinct species based on genomic analyses. It is commonly isolated from soil and rhizosphere environments, where it contributes to organic compound degradation and plant-growth promotion. P. alloputida possesses a versatile catabolic genome with genes for aromatic compound metabolism and exhibits an open pangenome typical of environmental pseudomonads.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
