Phocaeicola dorei (formerly Bacteroides dorei) is a Gram-negative, obligately anaerobic, non-motile rod in the family Bacteroidaceae (phylum Bacteroidota), and a prevalent member of the human gut microbiota. It has been associated with modulation of host immune responses and has attracted interest for its potential role in early-life microbiome development and autoimmune disease risk. P. dorei carries a sizeable genome with numerous polysaccharide utilisation loci and conjugative transposons, and shows notable strain-level diversity in capsular polysaccharide biosynthesis genes.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
