Pectobacterium brasiliense is a Gram-negative, facultatively anaerobic rod in the family Pectobacteriaceae (order Enterobacterales), and a major plant pathogen causing soft rot and blackleg disease in potato and other crops worldwide. It produces a battery of plant cell-wall-degrading enzymes, including pectinases, cellulases, and proteases, that macerate host tissue. P. brasiliense has emerged as one of the most aggressive and geographically widespread species in the genus, with a genome that carries a large complement of type secretion systems and virulence regulators.
Derived from 111 genomes: 28 from RefSeq and 83 from other sources. For the derivation pipeline and the PASS / WARN / FAIL verdict model, see the methods page for qualibact-v1.0.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
