Mycoplasmopsis bovis (formerly Mycoplasma bovis) is a wall-less, Gram-stain-negative bacterium in the class Mollicutes, and a major pathogen of cattle worldwide. It causes pneumonia, mastitis, arthritis, and otitis media in bovines, leading to substantial economic losses in the dairy and beef industries. M. bovis has a small, AT-rich genome (~1 Mb) with extensive variable surface lipoprotein (Vsp) gene families that facilitate immune evasion and contribute to chronic infection.
Derived from 1,408 genomes: 122 from RefSeq and 1,286 from other sources. For the derivation pipeline and the PASS / WARN / FAIL verdict model, see the methods page for qualibact-v1.0.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
