Listeria grayi is a Gram-positive, facultatively anaerobic, motile rod in the family Listeriaceae, found in soil, water, and decaying vegetation. It is a non-pathogenic member of the genus Listeria and lacks the major virulence determinants (such as hly and inlA/inlB) present in Listeria monocytogenes. Genomically, L. grayi occupies a basal position within the genus and has a smaller genome with reduced virulence-associated gene content.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
