Limosilactobacillus reuteri (formerly Lactobacillus reuteri) is an obligately heterofermentative, Gram-positive rod in the family Lactobacillaceae, notable for its broad vertebrate host range spanning humans, rodents, pigs, and poultry. It is one of the best-characterised probiotic species and produces the antimicrobial compound reuterin from glycerol fermentation. The genome of L. reuteri (~2.0 Mb) exhibits strong host-specific lineage structure, with distinct genomic clades reflecting long-term co-evolution with different vertebrate hosts.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
