Legionella longbeachae is an aerobic, Gram-negative rod in the family Legionellaceae, primarily associated with potting mix and composted soil rather than aquatic environments. It is a leading cause of Legionnaires' disease in Australia and New Zealand, where gardening-related exposures predominate. The genome of L. longbeachae (~3.9 Mb) contains a large plasmid and multiple type IV secretion system effectors, but differs from L. pneumophila in its repertoire of surface structures and environmental adaptation genes.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
