Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus is a Gram-positive, facultatively heterofermentative rod in the family Lactobacillaceae, commonly isolated from the human gastrointestinal tract, dairy products, and fermented foods. It is one of the most widely studied and commercially used probiotic species, with well-documented benefits for gut health and immune modulation. The genome of L. rhamnosus features a large accessory gene pool that underpins strain-specific adaptation to intestinal and food-associated environments.
Derived from 696 genomes: 98 from RefSeq and 598 from other sources. For the derivation pipeline and the PASS / WARN / FAIL verdict model, see the methods page for qualibact-v1.0.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
