Klebsiella planticola (reclassified as Raoultella planticola) is a Gram-negative, non-motile rod within the family Enterobacteriaceae, commonly isolated from water, soil, and plant surfaces. Although primarily an environmental organism, it has been reported as an opportunistic pathogen causing bacteraemia, pneumonia, and urinary tract infections in hospitalised patients. R. planticola possesses a relatively compact genome with notable metabolic versatility, including the ability to fix nitrogen and utilise a broad range of carbon sources.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
