Hungateiclostridium thermocellum (also classified as Clostridium thermocellum or Acetivibrio thermocellus) is an anaerobic, Gram-positive, thermophilic, spore-forming rod of the family Oscillospiraceae. It is the most well-studied cellulolytic thermophile and is of major biotechnological interest for consolidated bioprocessing of lignocellulosic biomass into ethanol and other biofuels. The genome of H. thermocellum encodes a large, elaborate cellulosome complex -- a multi-enzyme, cell-surface-attached assembly -- that enables highly efficient deconstruction of crystalline cellulose.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
