Flavobacterium psychrophilum is a Gram-negative, filamentous, non-motile rod in the family Flavobacteriaceae within the order Flavobacteriales, and an important psychrophilic pathogen of salmonid fish worldwide. It causes bacterial cold-water disease and rainbow trout fry syndrome, leading to significant losses in freshwater aquaculture. F. psychrophilum possesses a type IX secretion system and produces extracellular proteases and adhesins, while its relatively small genome (~2.9 Mb) shows limited genetic diversity within clonal complexes despite global distribution.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
