Erwinia amylovora is a facultatively anaerobic, Gram-negative rod of the family Erwiniaceae and the causative agent of fire blight, a devastating disease of apple, pear, and other rosaceous plants. It was the first bacterium demonstrated to be a plant pathogen and remains one of the most destructive threats to pome fruit production worldwide. The genome of E. amylovora encodes key pathogenicity determinants including a type III secretion system, the exopolysaccharide amylovoran, and the small protein harpin (HrpN) that elicits the hypersensitive response in resistant hosts.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
