Elizabethkingia anophelis is a Gram-negative, non-motile, non-fermenting rod in the family Weeksellaceae within the order Flavobacteriales, originally isolated from the midgut of the mosquito Anopheles gambiae. It has emerged as a serious opportunistic pathogen causing healthcare-associated outbreaks of meningitis, bacteraemia, and pneumonia, particularly among immunocompromised and neonatal patients, with high attributable mortality. E. anophelis carries numerous intrinsic antimicrobial resistance genes, including metallo-beta-lactamases and extended-spectrum beta-lactamases, making treatment challenging.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
