Dichelobacter nodosus is an anaerobic, Gram-negative rod of the family Cardiobacteriaceae and the essential causative agent of ovine footrot, an economically significant lameness disease of sheep worldwide. Virulent strains produce thermostable extracellular proteases (AprV2) and type IV fimbriae that mediate host tissue invasion and are the basis for serogroup classification. The genome of D. nodosus is relatively small (~1.4 Mb), reflects its obligate host association, and contains a large integrated genomic island (vap region) implicated in virulence.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
