Burkholderia gladioli is a Gram-negative, non-fermenting rod of the family Burkholderiaceae, originally isolated as a plant pathogen causing gladiolus diseases. It has emerged as an opportunistic pathogen in individuals with cystic fibrosis and chronic granulomatous disease, capable of causing respiratory infections that can be difficult to distinguish clinically from B. cepacia complex infections. B. gladioli carries a large multi-replicon genome encoding diverse secondary metabolite biosynthesis clusters and inherent resistance to multiple antibiotic classes.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
