Burkholderia cenocepacia is a Gram-negative, non-fermenting, motile rod of the family Burkholderiaceae, found in soil, water, and the rhizosphere. It is a prominent member of the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc) and an important opportunistic pathogen in individuals with cystic fibrosis, where it can cause severe necrotising pneumonia and the fatal "cepacia syndrome." B. cenocepacia has a large, multi-replicon genome (typically three chromosomes plus plasmids) with extensive genomic plasticity, numerous genomic islands, and intrinsic multidrug resistance determinants.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
