Bradyrhizobium diazoefficiens is a slow-growing, Gram-negative alphaproteobacterium of the family Bradyrhizobiaceae, best known for its ability to form nitrogen-fixing root nodule symbioses with soybean and other legumes. It is one of the most agronomically important rhizobia and is widely used as a crop inoculant to enhance biological nitrogen fixation. B. diazoefficiens possesses a large genome (approximately 9.1 Mb) with extensive regulatory networks governing symbiosis, denitrification, and phototrophy.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
