Alistipes onderdonkii is an obligately anaerobic, non-spore-forming Gram-negative rod in the family Rikenellaceae within the phylum Bacteroidota. It is a common member of the healthy human gut microbiota and has been associated with roles in bile acid metabolism, short-chain fatty acid production, and immune modulation. While generally considered a commensal, A. onderdonkii has been occasionally isolated from intra-abdominal infections and bacteraemia, and its genome encodes polysaccharide utilisation loci typical of gut-adapted Bacteroidota.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
