Aliarcobacter butzleri (formerly Arcobacter butzleri) is a microaerophilic, Gram-negative spiral or curved rod in the family Arcobacteraceae within the order Campylobacterales. It is an emerging foodborne and waterborne pathogen associated with gastroenteritis, bacteraemia, and sporadic cases of peritonitis in humans, and has been isolated from poultry, livestock, and environmental water sources. A. butzleri has a relatively compact genome of approximately 2.3 Mb, with virulence-related genes homologous to those of Campylobacter jejuni and considerable genomic diversity among strains.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
