Agrobacterium pusense is an aerobic Gram-negative rod in the family Rhizobiaceae, originally isolated from the rhizosphere of Cicer arietinum (chickpea) in Pune, India. Unlike the closely related A. tumefaciens, it typically lacks the Ti plasmid and is non-pathogenic to plants, though it has been sporadically reported from clinical specimens including bloodstream infections. A. pusense has a multipartite genome and shares substantial core gene content with other members of the Agrobacterium biovar 1 group, with its clinical relevance still being elucidated.

How to read this: A value outside a failure limit fails QC. Within the failure limits, values beyond a warning limit are borderline and worth a manual look; values within the warning limits pass that criterion. A dash means that no bound is defined on that side.
